The best size for salmon is a Mag Lip 3.5 to 4.5. Use the bigger sizes in larger rivers and for larger species like Chinook and Chum. Pinks, Coho love the 3.5's. Salmon tend to like patterns that have chartreuse, green, metallic blue and metallic pink. 

What are the best Mag Lip colors and sizes for Steelhead?

The best size for steelhead is a Mag Lip 3.0 or 3.5, although the 4.0 is popular in some areas like the Olympic Peninsula, Columbia, Snake and Clearwater Rivers. Start building your selection with a couple more subtle copper, gold and nickel-based patterns, metallic pinks and blues are also very productive.

What are the best Mag Lip colors and sizes for Trout?

The best size for trout is a Mag Lip 2.0 or 2.5. We recommend copper, gold, chrome patterns, also the Frog series is really productive in most lakes. Choose some that are bright red or pink for those aggressive planter trout!
