Return Policy

We work hard to ensure that every product is delivered as advertised and meets the quality our guests expect. However, if your order isn’t exactly what you need, we do offer returns. We’re a small business and have put a lot of thought into creating a return policy that’s fair and flexible for our guests.

• Returns are available within 30 days of purchase.
• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Refunds apply to the product purchase price and sales tax (if applicable).
• Shipping costs are not eligible for a refund.
• Gift cards and store credit are non-refundable.

Return Process

Follow these quick steps to ensure a smooth return process:

1. Complete our contact form and let us know you’d like to initiate a return.
   Include your order number and a list of items you wish to return if it’s a partial return.
2. Once we receive your request, you’ll get a return approval or denial within 7 business days.
   If your return does not meet the requirements listed above, you’ll be responsible for covering the return shipping cost. Any duties and taxes paid at checkout are non-refundable.
3. Once your refund has been processed, please allow 7–10 business days for your bank to post it.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Our goal is to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Because of this, we’re unable to change or cancel an order once it has shipped. However, you can return your item as long as it meets our return policy standards.

Manufacturer Warranties

Some of our manufacturers provide product warranties for material defects and workmanship. When possible, we’ll link directly to the Manufacturer Warranty Policy on the product page.

If you’re unsure whether a product comes with a warranty, please reach out before completing your purchase.

We do not offer warranties beyond what the manufacturer provides, and all warranty claims must be filed directly with the manufacturer. If you need help finding their contact information, we’re happy to assist.
