Shipping Information
We ship every weekday because getting you on the water matters to us. Our goal is to send out your order the same day it’s placed; however, any order received after 3 PM will ship the next business day.
At checkout, you’ll see real-time shipping options based on weight and destination — UPS Ground, USPS Ground, or USPS Priority Mail.
Please note that UPS Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air delivery windows begin once the package is dropped off at our local UPS Store. Orders placed after noon will typically ship the following business day.
Free shipping is available on orders over $100 before tax (U.S. only). We’ll typically select the most cost-effective shipping option for orders that qualify for free shipping. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow it home.
Shipping Rods & Combos
Due to the high cost of shipping oversized packages, all fishing rods will be shipped USPS Ground as the default method, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout.
If you have an urgent need to get your fishing rod delivered, please reach out to us and we can quote you for expedited shipping.
Estimated Delivery Times
All delivery times shown at checkout are estimates provided by our carriers. Transit days are based on the time from package acceptance at USPS or UPS to arrival at your address.
We do our best to pack and ship your order the same day it comes in, but sometimes conditions like weather, carrier schedules, or high order volume make that impossible. If you’re preparing for a trip and want to make sure your gear arrives in time, give us a call. We’ll do everything we can to help.
Domestic & International Shipping
Right now, we ship within the United States and Canada. Shipping to other countries isn’t available yet.
For Canadian customers: we don’t collect GST during checkout. Taxes and duties will be due when your order is ready for pickup at your local post office.
Please note that actual shipping charges for fishing rods to Canada may be higher than the auto-calculated rate. To ensure accurate pricing, contact us for a shipping quote before purchasing rods.
