How to Rig a Bobber & Jig Setup for Steelhead Fishing
Steelhead love to hold in sections of the river where larger boulders create current breaks and resting spots. These areas are often very snaggy and you can lose gear trying to drift fish along the bottom. Float fishing is a perfect technique for most of the best waters, as the Steelhead jig is suspended below a float. This vertical setup can perfectly present your offering to holding Steelhead, and these slip floats are easily adjustable as you move along the river bank fishing various spots.
