Daiwa Lexa Baitcasting Reels in the 300 and 400 series are perfect for so many fishing applications here in the Pacific Northwest that it's tough to mention them all. The reel is designed as an easy to handle and very palmable low profile baitcaster, but it offers a deep spool for a generous line capacity. This reel is commonly used for trolling, backbouncing, backtrolling and hover fishing. It makes for a great low-profile saltwater reel as well.

Line Spooling

  • Choose this option and your reel will be delivered in the box with line spooled and ready to fish!
  • Braid: We usually max out at 300 yards of braid as a defaut. See reel line capacity in the specifications. If needed, we use 20-40 lb mono backing behind the braid to ensure a full spool, if you need more than the listed 300 yards, and there is room, please call us for that special request.
