Purpose-built for drifting a float through Pacific Northwest steelhead water, this combo pairs the Okuma SST-S-962Ma (9'6") or SST-S-1062Ma (10'6") rod with the Ceymar 3000 reel for a setup that's dialed in and ready to fish. Both rods are medium-light, 2-piece blanks with enough sensitivity to detect subtle takes under a float, while still holding plenty of backbone for solid hooksets and battling steelhead in current. The 9'6" is a great fit for tighter, technical rivers where precise control matters, while the 10'6" gives you extra reach for longer drifts and better line management on bigger water.
The Ceymar 3000 reel balances the rod perfectly, with a smooth retrieve and dependable drag for when a fish makes a run. We spool every combo with 30 lb. P-Line EndurX braid, giving you low stretch and better bite detection, so it's ready to fish straight out of the box.
