The Scotty R-5 Rod Holder is a workhorse universal holder built to secure spincast, spinning, baitcaster, level wind, and fly rods, a solid choice whether you're trolling for coho off Admiralty Inlet or soaking bait for bottomfish in the Sound. A ¼" stainless steel lock bar pivots open for a quick, effortless release when a rod loads up, and lock bar tension adjusts easily to match how snug you want the grip. A front locking ring keeps your rod secured in rough water or while trailering, and the body is molded from fiber-reinforced engineering nylon for real strength against saltwater, sun, and everyday wear. Designed and assembled in British Columbia and backed by the Scotty name, the R-5 mounts to any Scotty-compatible post or deck mount (sold separately).
